MindFlipMindFlip is a self-paced, youth-friendly online program with four core modules. Geared towards youth in late elementary and secondary school, topics include brain science and skills for mental fitness, emotional regulation and awareness of our thoughts and emotions, self-awareness and self-compassion, and mindful tools to deal with stress and life challenges.

The Crisis Centre of BC offices are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh nations. We are proud to care for residents living in nations and territories that span what is known as British Columbia and Yukon. We have been in operation since 1969.
Spanning the spectrum of crisis support, suicide prevention, and postvention, we engage staff and volunteers in a variety of services and programs that educate, train, and support the strength and capacity of individuals and communities.
