Facts about: Sexuality

Did you know…

Sexual abuse includes any form of sexual exploitation including children or youth whether or not the child or youth has consented to the act.

STI’s are the single greatest health threat affecting youth. A girl is four times more likely to contract an STI than she is to become pregnant.

Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual people can be found in every part of society, every group, in every country or culture.

A standard pregnancy test can be done if your period is one week late. A test done earlier than this won't be accurate.

"Having sex" can mean many things.  It can be between a man and woman, two men, or two women.  Sex can be vaginal, oral, or anal.
